Check-in is from 15:00 to 22:00. Check-out is by 11:00 am the following day.
Please contact us in advance if you are unable to arrive or depart on time due to special circumstances.
Please call the office if you would like to check in after 22:00.
■ Pets are not permitted.
■ For the comfort and benefit of all guests, please refrain from overconsumption of alcohol, loud entertainment, etc. at night.
■ Upon check-out, please dispose of your trash for the benefit of the next guests.
■ Guests are responsible for damages and loss of facilities; therefore, please be careful when using them.

■ Reservations and cancellations must be made over the phone. For inquiries, please call or submit your questions on the community board.
■ The down payment (50% of the total charge) should be paid within 3 days after the reservation is confirmed, and the remaining balance should be paid at least 7 days before check-in.
■ Please contact us if the name on the reservation is different from the person making the payment.
■ You must fully comply with our cancellation and refund policy. Please make a reservation for the date you wish to check-in.
Reservation Changes, Cancellations and Refunds
■ 100% refund for cancellations made at least 2 weeks before check-in date.
■ No refund for cancellations made less than 2 week before check-in. Please note our refund policy.
